Israel Fermin has strong roots in the Worcester community, where he has lived since his early teenage years. He resided in the inner city neighborhoods of Worcester and graduated from South High School. Upon graduation Israel joined the United States Marine Corps, where he honorably served his country and reached the rank of Sergeant. After his service, he earned an undergraduate degree from Anna Maria College and a Juris Doctor degree from Northeastern University School of Law.

Israel is married and has two young daughters. His parents are from Venezuela, and his extended family has roots in Puerto Rico, El Salvador and Mexico. In his personal time, he enjoys outings with his family, giving back to his community, and attending his childhood church.

Attorney Fermin focuses his law practice in residential and commercial real estate transactions. He is currently licensed to practice law in the states of Massachusetts and New York. Over fifty percent of his client base is minority and/or first time home buyers, and over ninety percent of clients are referrals. He is fluent in Spanish and has tailored his law office to fully assist clients in the language of their preference.

Attorney Fermin takes great pride in working to overcome obstacles that often arise in real estate transactions and reaching the closing table. No transaction is too big or too small, and every client receives uncompromising attention and commitment to excellence.
